Shipping Within Qatar
- Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to the customer via email or WhatsApp after the order has been shipped.
Exchange and Return
We accept exchanges or returns according to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition and unopened
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receipt
- The purchase invoice must be provided
- Opened honey products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons
Cases Not Covered by Return
- Products that have been opened or used
- Damage resulting from improper storage
- Special or customized orders
Refund
- The amount will be refunded within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the product
- Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase
